Apricot Jam

"Apricot jam is a favourite at The Demchenko Farm, where we and our children enjoy eating this sweet and tangy jam on our morning toast and in delicious puff pastry! 

We tend to our trees and pick the apricots ourselves, which then are stewed with sugar and lemon to create this tasty jam!
