RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Heart And Harvest AU, we have full confidence in the exceptional quality of our products and want you to adore them as much as we do. Prior to using any of our products, please carefully review the product description and follow the usage instructions provided on the product label. However, if you find yourself unsatisfied with a product for any reason, please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase.

Heart And Harvest AU cannot be held responsible for individual reactions to specific ingredients. We strongly advise reading our labels and ingredient lists attentively, and adhering to the recommended usage directions. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, refrain from using ingredients that may trigger a reaction. It's recommended to conduct an allergy patch test if there are any doubts or a history of skin reactions. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs.

Requests for refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us via our Contact Us page, and if deemed eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be returned to our designated PO Box.

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit if a product is faulty, damaged, or leaking. Personal care items such as cleansers, shampoos, creams, and serums cannot be resold once opened and therefore cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind.

Returned products undergo thorough inspection and testing before a refund is processed. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund process to be completed. Kindly note that the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
