PAYMENT
Heart And Harvest AU accepts payment via credit card, PayPal and AfterPay.
Payment is due in full prior to dispatch of goods.
ORDERS, SHIPPING & CANCELLATION
Upon your initial order placement, you will be prompted to create a customer username and password. By registering as a customer, you contribute to ensuring the swift and efficient dispatch of any subsequent orders you place.
Alternatively, you may opt to place an order as a guest without creating a customer account.
We bear no responsibility for products not received due to inaccuracies in the provided shipping address. Therefore, it is imperative to input the correct shipping address when placing an order.
Upon payment for your order, ownership and risk of the goods pass to you upon delivery to your specified delivery address.
Once payment is received and the order is submitted, no cancellations or modifications are permitted. Promo codes cannot be exchanged, combined, or altered once a transaction is completed on the website. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their order, shipping details, and any entered discount codes before finalizing the order. Once an order is submitted online, changes cannot be accommodated.
HANDLING & DELIVERY TIMES
For optimal freshness, Heart And Harvest AU provides handmade products. Consequently, depending on product availability, we strive to maintain handling times within 1-4 business days.
Orders shipped within Australia typically arrive within 2-7 business days after dispatch. However, delivery times may vary based on your location. Please refer to the Australia Post website to estimate delivery times. It's important to note that while these time frames serve as a guideline, we are not accountable for deliveries not received within this period. Lost items may be replaced at our discretion, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
During the checkout process, you have the option to select 'Express Post' for expedited delivery, incurring an additional cost.
International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties (including VAT and processing fees) imposed by their country of residence.
Please be aware that while Heart And Harvest AU endeavors to deliver goods to your nominated address within the specified time frame at the time of ordering, we are not liable for any losses incurred due to delays.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At Heart And Harvest AU, we have great confidence in the exceptional quality of our products and aim for you to cherish them as much as we do.
Skincare Products: Prior to using any skincare items, we advise careful review of the product description and usage instructions on the label. However, should you find yourself unsatisfied with a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Heart And Harvest AU cannot be held accountable for individual reactions to specific ingredients. We urge thorough examination of our labels and ingredient lists, along with adherence to the provided usage guidelines. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, refrain from using ingredients that may trigger a reaction. It's advisable to conduct an allergy patch test, particularly if there is any uncertainty or history of skin reactions. We strongly recommend conducting a patch test on the leg or arm rather than the face. If any adverse reactions occur, discontinue use immediately.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted via email, and if eligible, the product(s) must be returned to our PO Box. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Faulty, damaged, or leaking products are refunded in the form of store credit. Personal care items such as cleansers, shampoos, creams, and washes cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons.
Returned products undergo thorough inspection before processing a refund, which may take up to 4 weeks. Again, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS
If Heart And Harvest AU determines that a product is faulty (defined as one that has arrived damaged to the customer), we will issue a refund for the value of the faulty product/s, including any associated postage costs. Customers must report the fault within 2 days of receiving the products.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
For Skincare Products: Heart And Harvest AU is unable to accommodate product exchanges or returns in the event of a change of mind by the customer. Personal care products that have left our warehouse cannot be resold or reused for hygiene, safety, and stability reasons. We recommend that first-time customers opt for trial or travel-size products initially.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Heart And Harvest AU, along with our team, affiliates, and partners, cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred from your use of our services or products, whether direct or indirect. This includes but isn't limited to lost profits, revenue, data, or any similar losses. Even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages, we're not liable. In places where limiting liability for certain damages isn't allowed by law, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted.
ADDRESS ERRORS/AMENDMENTS
Our team strives to dispatch your parcels promptly, making amendments challenging at times. Please review the following options:
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email yet, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page with the correct address. We'll try to amend it if possible.
If you've already received a shipping confirmation email, reach out to us as soon as possible. Address amendments may be feasible if your order hasn't entered transit yet, subject to a fee of $9.90.
If your item is already in transit, you can contact Australia Post directly to request an address change. However, parcels returned to sender due to an incorrect address will incur RTS and re-shipment fees.
